Her journey began at 16, when she chose to care for her ailing mother over a prestigious art scholarship abroad. Through lymphatic massage and carefully crafted routines, she helped restore her mother’s skin and spirit—a defining moment that rooted her lifelong mission: to help others feel more like themselves, inside and out.
Over two decades in top dermatology and plastic surgery practices, Andrea has built a reputation for resolving complex skin challenges, especially for clients with acne, pigmentary concerns, and post-surgical needs. She was on the ground floor when injectables were first introduced to the medical field, and has grown alongside the industry as aesthetic options have become more integrated, accessible, and effective.
Patti’s passion for giving patients balanced, youthful results has kept her at the forefront of combining treatments for optimal outcomes. Alicia Dotterweich
With over 24 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Alicia Dotterweich is a trusted leader in advanced skincare and laser treatments throughout Northern Virginia. A licensed aesthetician, certified laser specialist, and Virginia state educator, she blends medical precision with aesthetic artistry.
Alicia specializes in laser skin rejuvenation, acne and scar treatments, non-surgical skin tightening, body contouring, PRP therapies, and advanced medical-grade facials. Extensively trained on Alma, Candela, LightSheer, Venus Concept, and Syneron systems, she is among the most experienced laser specialists in Fairfax County.

Tania Sevilla
Born and raised in Cortés, Honduras, Tania brings both heart and precision to medical aesthetics. Diagnosed with PCOS and having battled persistent acne, she developed a firsthand understanding of the emotional and physical toll skin conditions can take—and that journey led her to discover purpose.
Now a Registered Medical Assistant and certified Laser Technician, Tania is known for her gentle approach and transformative results. She specializes in PRP therapy for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration, vitamin injections for energy and wellness, laser hair removal, and IPL therapy for pigmentation and skin clarity.

Marita is a versatile medical aesthetician and medical assistant whose warmth and precision make every client feel at ease. With over six years specializing in waxing—earning recognition in NOVA and DC publications for her technique—she has established herself as one of the region’s most sought-after specialists in hair removal and grooming.
Over the past four years, Marita has expanded her expertise into medical aesthetics, delivering treatments that range from HydraFacials and DiamondGlow to chemical peels, microneedling with radio frequency, laser hair removal, and hair restoration therapies. She tailors each treatment plan to her client’s unique skin type and goals with an artist’s eye for detail.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Marita is in the recording studio—a passionate singer who channels the same creativity and energy into her music as she does into every session at ChiroMed.
Dr. Mahsin Habib
Dr. Mahsin Habib brings over three decades of medical expertise to ChiroMed as Medical Director. A graduate of the University of Sheffield Medical School in England, Dr. Habib completed advanced training in cardiology and internal medicine before founding his own integrative practice in 2001—one of the first clinics to combine fitness, nutrition, and medical services under one roof.
His philosophy centers on three words: Predict, Prevent, Prolong. An expert in nutrition, fitness, and regenerative medicine, Dr. Habib leverages cutting-edge assessment tools and therapies to diagnose early, prevent disease, and extend both healthspan and lifespan. His proactive, integrative approach to medicine informs the clinical standards and patient safety protocols at ChiroMed.
